Bryant Keil's toasty Potbelly sandwiches are made to order and come on fresh Italian rolls, crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Guests choose from lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, oil, Italian seasoning, mayo, mustard and peppers to make their favorite Potbelly sandwich. Favorites include Turkey Breast with Swiss cheese; the Vegetarian with mushrooms, Swiss, provolone and American cheeses; and A Wreck with salami, roast beef, turkey, ham and Swiss cheese. Also a favorite are extra-thick, hand-dipped milkshakes and malts in addition to creamy yogurt smoothies, which are all available in chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, Oreo, and more.
